Unfortunately it is proving virtually impossible to contact anyone at Printer Ink Direct to sort out an issue that actually isn't their fault or mine (but connected with problems concerning Royal Mail with the delivery which means they have returned the item so it still has not been received. I have sent emails to Printer Ink Direct without any response and there is no contact phone number so I am hoping that they will respond to this posting!! I had started out being quite impressed with the speed my order was processed but my confidence in using them is rapidly going downhill because of the difficulty in getting a response from anyone there. I would strongly suggest that they re-consider using Royal Mail to deliver too.
