Ordered a set of toners, 1 was faulty and despite 2 emails and raising a PayPal claim for a refund, I have received no response.
Taken from their email "We hope everything is going well and you're totally happy with your order. Of course, if not please do let us know by replying to this email and we'll get right on it" ..... really, all words and no actions. Will never use this company again
