I purchased the ink cartridges for my Epson SX425W on 22nd Nov 23 which arrived on the 25th.
When I tried to load the magenta cartridge it came up "not recognised" on the screen after several attempts with two cartridges.
I've since emailed sales twice with the above problem enquiring if there are alternative compatible cartridges that can be used as there seems to be an issue with these. To date, I'm still to receive any response to either email.
Until this matter is resolved the review will be unfavorable.
