Ordered ink in December - out of stock. Waited 2 weeks - no reply to my e mails. In january decided to cancel the order - still no reply to e mails. Wrote to Paypal to complain and e mailed Printer Ink Direct. Still no reply. Paypal escalated the claim. Surprise, the ink arrived in January. No apology or e mail Would not deal with this company again
