The product is decent enough, but the after sales service is non existent. Having bought the wrong gsm paper to go through my printer, I emailed them a number of times to see if I could exchange them, but the only email I got back was asking me to give them a review, which was all they seemed interested in. It's a shame, because had their customer service been as decent as the product, I would be highly recommending them
