I have used Printer Ink Direct on a number of occasions without any problems, however the last purchase will not work in my Epsom 235, I have noticed the packaging and the cartriges them selves were not the usual ones so I dont know if this has anything to do with the fact I cannot get them to work.
I have never had a problem with previous cartriges so giving a low star rating would be unfair but the item wont work
