I purchased the wrong cartridges for my printer and contacted the company via their chat. They told me they would get the right cartridges to me and then arrange return of the wrong ones. After over a month of hearing nothing I tried to contact them again several times via chat and eamil over the last year. I heard nothing and finally gave up.
