Unfortunately, the Epson printer rejected the cartridges, (T0711, T0712, T0713, T0714), that I bought ... the ones Printer Ink Direct stated would fit. I have contacted the company to ask for a refund, but no reply as yet. Disappointed, as the price was excellent. Too good to be true, perhaps?
