Ink cartridges due to arrive 1 -3 working days. No updates given, tracking as advertised unhel0ful. Emailed customer services 3 times and no acknowledgement nor reply. No phone number given. Chatbot no reply either.
Thought it may be a scam so looked up their address online and got the number for their business hub. People there said they hadn't ever seen the business and had asked them over 2 years ago to stop using that address.
I was more suspicious.
I went back on their website which wasn't particularly up to date but went on Facebook messenger and eventually got an actual helpful person.
They apologised, looked into my order and said it got stuck at local depot.
Why had nobody answered my emails?
Nobody answered chatbot?
Why was their address wrong on their website?
Where was my order?
Apologies accepted and order came next day. That person was good in terms of replies and understanding me.
But I asked why I had to go all Miss Marple on them when they already had my money?
Am looking for compensation in form of full or partial refund.
They need to up their game if they're taking money plus since my order, have seen poor reviews which I normally look at BEFORE I order, duh!!!
Cannot see me using again nor recommending to anyone for above reasons.
