I ordered printer ink for my Epson printer but when I Loaded the ink the printer would not work and came up with a fault number. I compared the printer ink numbers with the previous ones and they were completely different. I had been sent the wrong cartridges. I contacted Printer ink direct who agreed they had made a mistake and immediately sent the correct inks within two days. I would rate this as an excellent response by this business
