cartridges arrived promtly which was great. unfortunatley that was the only good part. I installed the cartridges did a head cleaning cycle the printed something off, it was covered in horizontal lines so in total i have cleaned the heads 4 times and the lines have improved a little but i have now used half the ink. by the time I get a decent print it will be time to replace them again. I have sent 3 emails explaining this but have still had no reply.
