1091582 is my reference number.
I placed an order for photo paper. 6x4 210g and 7x5 210g. The 7x5 210g were right, but thr 6x4 you sent me 260g My printer will not take this thickness.
I have sent two emails and started a chat but as yet no one has been in touch with me.
Would some one look into this for me. Thanking you
