The 'Printer Ink Direct' side of the transaction was efficient and professional. Unfortunately the delivery by GPO was below par, because the product was not delivered to my address owing to a sloppy mistake by the van driver. However, following a series of phone calls to PID and GPO HQ, the situation was resolved by mid-afternoon with due apologies and no further action. The product itself seems very satisfactory.
