You delivered cartridges to me and so far they are working, so thank you for that. But I was disturbed to find that though your website (and this email) showed a picture of a genuine Canon 541XL - one of the inks I ordered - what arrived was a cartridge, marked 541XL, but in a different, more anonymous box - clearly not a genuine Canon, whatever else it is: a refill perhaps? In my humble opinion, to offer and presumably charge for one product and then to supply another is not straightforward business dealing: there is another name for it, which I'm sure you know. I'm not even sure that what you are doing is legal, under either English or Scottish law. However I'll leave you to reflect on that, and just repeat my thanks for the cartridges I have received: so far, so good. John Heawood
