Well I have had good experiences in the past. However, this time I ordered some replacement ink, paid with PayPal, got the recipt inside 2 minutes. Eight days later no ink. Tried to contact them, typical modern site, no phone contat, chat line not responed to inside 20 minutes, ended up having to emai them. Next day received email saing my order had been dispatched, this was not too bad. However, not receiving an apology or explanation of what hole my order fell into is bad.
