I read previous reviews but still decided to place an order and risk it.
Everything seemed fine as invoiced and emailed delivery in 1 to 3 days but not guaranteed !
Then nothing, no updates and no communication.
Chatbox saying the same thing so I thought I'd been scammed.
Anyway, I left it about 10 days and emailed again as previous times I got no reply though I stated if I hadn't heard anything within 48 hours I'd be seeking a refund.
Low and behold at 48 hours received notification my order was on its way.
Received order minus one item but still nothing as to why?
Then a day or 2 later an email stating a refund for missing item but still no reason why ?
Refund received ok but I still have no answer to the missing part of my order, out of stock I don't know.
Gloss photo paper seems ok and haven't tried my ink cartridges yet.
A simple reply would be beneficial and just saying part of my order was out of stock or something again a help. Just stating part of my order was not in and would I wait again would be a help.
Will I try again, unless communication was to improve I don't think so.
