I have emailed this company twice as I ordered a Compatible Canon Pixma MG5750 High Capacity Printer Ink Cartridge Multipack 1 and the blue cartridge wouldn't work in the printer for some reason.
I have still not heard anything back from them which is very frustrating and really poor customer service.
