Poor after sales/ customer service. Placed an order, & received an email/invoice to say item will be shipped within 1-3 days. After 10 days I had not received items, contacted them through mail & received no reply. Waited another few days sent another email, then another & another to which there was no response to any. After nearly three & a half weeks I went onto their site & onto thei web chat (there is no phone number for them & emails don’t get answered) & explained my frustration with the missing order & was told that one of the items were out of stock. He immediately promised to send out the order with an alternative to which I was please to receive the very next day. A little bit of customer care/contact to explain could have gone far to avoid tarnishing the company’s image/reputation. It is not a one off situation, as you only have to read through countless other reviews having similar issues. So far I’m happy with the items, will I use them again? Not so sure.
