Although I am leased with th quality of the compatible inks, I found some difficulty in placing an order. It would seem that at the point when I wanted to indicate what I required the small window would notnallow me to order more than one item. E.g. I needed a mixed set of 4 plus an extra black cartridge which gets used quickest. The window would not allow this, so I have had to place two separate orders, one of which was simply the single black cartridge. Can you please explain how I can get over this anomaly. As I have had to change my printer, I have some unused cartridges (Type E-2991) which I would like to return to you if you would please provide me with a postal address.
