Hi. I ordered ink for my printer on 8/12/2024. On the same day you have charged my Visa credit card. I was waiting for an ink which was not arriving. I had to place an order to buy an ink somewhere else, because your delivery did not come. I sent you an email on 26/12/24 asking for my order but did not receive any reply. So I sent you another email on 6/1/2025 and twice I sent you the same email via chart on your web page, but did not receiv any reply. I sent you another email "Formal complaint" on 7/1/25 then receiving info that my email order wemt to spam. It is strange that you have first taken money (£36.98 on 8/12/2024) then my email order went to spam. I was then informed that my order got lost in the post office on 10/12/24. So if you had that info, why I did not get replacement? Sorry, this was bad experience. Thanks. Kind regards Pavao Zunic
