I am very disappointed. I purchased your ‘compostable’ ink that said it was for my printer. Once reached we tried this and it does in fact NOT work, the printer says it cannot recognise the cartridges!
I have emailed you about this twice and had no response … clearly you have wonderful customer service if you cannot even bother to reply to them.
Absolutely shambles. I would not recommend at all and totally wasted my money. Your ink is NOT compatible and you lie when you say it is!!
