I tried to communicate on the live chat about my delivery. I paid for guaranteed next day courier delivery. It took two weeks.
No reposnse on the live chat, I tried to find a contact number to speak to someone and couldn't. I then emailed when I received my delivery to ask how to raise a complaint and still haven't heard anything.
