Hi, I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication regarding my order. To start with, when I placed the order it said deliver would be 1-3 days - it took 9 days from ordering. Then you sent me two cartridges that aren't right for my printer. (Totally different product numbers.) Now no response from my email on Monday. And no response to further emails. So I must say that at this moment in time I have no intention of ordering from this company again, as I am stuck with cartridges that could damage my printer. I will have to go elsewhere to purchase more cartridges. They haven't even had the decency to get back to me and try and rectify the problem. Think twice before ordering.
