Whilst the delivery was quick, unfortunately the wrong item was sent. Easy enough mistake...and not usually worthy of a one star review.
It is when there's no easy to find phone number (I gave up looking) and no e-mails are answered or even acknowledged. I ended up going to PayPal to claim back the money spent on the order and went to Amazon.
I understand mistakes are made, but at the very least respond to communications from your customers.
