Was having one of those busy days, sent my first order off. Went to Doctors and did the messages. Got home, quick look at my laptop and realised that I had ordered the wrong catridges for my wife's new printer, indeed for a completely different model. Checked their working hours, minutes to go, contacted them Received prompt phone call, and when I explained the position, and they kindly cancelled the mistaken part of my order. Very patient with my brain fog. AS a result I made a second order. The cartridges for both our printers promptly arrived, well packed together, the next morning. A most excellent service. I recommend them highly.
