I bought a voucher from Livingsocial deal and had problem straight away with Printerpix. The voucher I purchased was in cm and Printerpix dealt in inches. I tried to follow the purchase through but couldn't and I tried endless times to speak through live chat. They constantly ended the call before I had the chance to explain what had happened. I slept on it and tried again today but the same again. I think they want you to ring them on their extortionate telephone charges rate.
SHAME ON YOU PRINTERPIX I am bitterly disappointed!!!
