“This company is awful. I placed an order 18 days ago and they still have not even printed it. They claim 3-4 days to manufacture and 5-7 to ship. I've reached out multiple times and all they offer is a refund of shipping costs. Not once have they offered to rush shipping, let alone offered to print the darn thing. This company is absolute garbage.”

“Under no circumstances use this company. I ordered some photos, paid for enhanced colour and the quality was appalling and the colour completely off with a strong blue tinge. I contacted customer services who refused me a refund. After much back and forth they said I could send the photos back but refused to pay for postage even in the event of a refund. The cost would have been about half of what I had already spent on the photos. It’s not so much about the photos but the total lack of acknowledgement of their error and the AWFUL customer journey. Stay away.”

“They sent me a tracking number 8 days ago and I have not received my order. I checked the tracking number and it says that the post office is waiting for the package. So Printerpix printed the shipping label and may have put it on the package but they have not given it to the post office yet. I tried using their message center to resolve the issue but they have absolutely no human help, just an AI that looks at key words which makes my inquiry come out of context and cannot be solved! They just keep sending me a tracking number but have not given package to post office. If you like giving your money to a company that will do absolutely nothing to help you out if there is a problem this is a great place to do that.”

They do NOT have a way to speak to a real person. It takes days for a response to an email and the response is NOT helpful. The positive rating is a SCAM. “I ordered a print with a mounted background and frame. I provided a photo from my photographer. What I got was a blurred image with a white background crop creating the illusion that it had been mounted. Considering I paid £30 for this small photo I was really disappointed. They sent a replacement which was even worse because the printer had ran out of ink with white smudge lines running across the print. I've been asking for a refund for over three weeks. Their support team are robots and are refusing to give me a refund despite being sent photographic evidence. Do not waste your money this company produces substandard work and has appalling customer service. You can get better quality prints at Tesco. If I could leave no star I would they are extremely painful to deal with.”

“I ordered a canvas portrait of my wedding, the original picture was high definition and it looked great on the preview, I received my order about a month after and the portait looked awful, it was blurry and our faces/bodies looked so dark that you couldn’t even tell it was us. I tried their customer service and they don’t have a number or people you can talk to, you can only contact by email. On their website they claim to offer free returns or your money back guaranteed and it’s completely false. I asked them to either send me a new one or to refund me and they wouldn't do either, the only thing they offered me was 50% discount on my next order, as if I ever going to order from them. There goes $150 I spent on a canvas that looks awful”

I also paid extra for rush handling and for the gift to be delivered to me on 31st January. Printerpix happily took my money and I now find my Photobook is shipping from Poland and will not be with me until 4 th February. Totally unacceptable.

These statements are untrue and misleading at best. I had an email that the Photobook was finished by 30th January and so it could have arrived with me as promised on 31st January. What Printerpix failed to state was the production was in Poland and it would take UPS a further 5 days to get the Photobook to me !!
Please avoid using this company.

“I ordered a blanket on January 17th and here it’s January 31st and I still haven’t received my item. I paid an extra 45 dollars for rush delivery. Rush delivery is 1 to 2 business days when I have waited two weeks and still nothing! Worst company ever and I will never order three them again. I have written them twice now with no response either…Please run!”

“I placed an order (#CO60U15139[64526989]) on December 9th with guaranteed Christmas delivery, but here we are, and my order has never shipped! Printerpix issued a UPS tracking number on December 13th (Tracking: 803579834825850902), but UPS still doesn’t have the package—it’s just sitting in limbo with an “Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package” message.
To make matters worse, Printerpix refuses to respond to emails, and they have NO customer service phone number. How is that even acceptable for a company selling products during the holidays? This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! I would not recommend ordering from them unless you enjoy frustration and disappointment.
