Omg! Pics are horrible. No brilliance, some spots where picture rubbed off, dents, and few bent. Need to start over with a professional

I would NEVER recommend this company due to their customer service, and they do not honor their 100% satisfied customer guarantee. I ordered a woven blanket and was not at all happy with the quality of the end product. There was a white border around it that wasn't in the image, and the photos just didn't look good. I have other woven blankets, so I know how they can look. Since this is a very special Christmas present to honor my first grandchild, I requested a refund and purchased a blanket from another company. I tried calling, but no one would answer. So, I had to resort to email. I explained the situation and stated I wanted a refund; I would be happy to return the blanket I wasn't trying to get a free blanket. They agreed to refund the money once I provided them with a receipt for shipping the blanket back. So I shipped it back at my own cost and sent the receipt after a couple of days with no response, I followed up to ask about my refund and still got no response. I tracked the package to make sure they received it only to find that they returned it to sender, so it is on its way back to me. I called again and used the "sales" option instead of troubleshooting and someone answered. They said they could see my emails and would review them and respond "via email". I told them I wanted to discuss the issue via the phone but they would not. They assured me they would email me back the same day. Which they did not. I really wish I would have read reviews and looked more into this company before placing an order.

Site did not tell me which pictures weren’t going to work, I have pictures that are out of focus. Very disappointed.

where do i start, don’t buy from them. ordered a photo calendar which turned up wrong, sent loads of emails to get it rectified but not reply’s, spent ages on hold on the phone, and they just hung up after 20 minutes on hold. finally got through to someone called Lisa David and she said she would send me another but i had to pay £5.99 postage, she sent me a link to pay which i did. that was last week, and heard nothing since, emails ignored.

I haven't received the cards yet, hopefully they look good. But just be aware that the company must make a big profit on shipping--there's no way it costs $27 to ship a small box of cards. So don't be fooled by the great sale prices on cards--they'll make up the difference in the inflated shipping charges.

Terrible…. Do not use. 16 emails, phone calls, bad reviews…. Is there nothing I can do to get my order, paid for over 6 weeks ago completed?? One star but deserves none

4 calendars ordered and paid for using a groupon deal. Only 2 calendars received yet charged postage for 4! Customer service non-existent - no one answers the phone and email replies don’t answer the questions raised. 3 weeks on from reporting my issue and it’s still unresolved despite involving groupon and posting 2 negative reviews on Trustpilot. I will never use this company again and I urge everyone to take their business elsewhere.

I ordered a photobook as a 10th anniversary gift for my wife. I wanted to give it to her on our anniversary so paid £13.78 for quick delivery and rush handling. The site told me it would be delivered 'by 14th November'. The gift did not arrive until late on 16th November so I was unable to give it to my wife on our anniversary trip, which was very disappointing. When I complained and asked for a refund on the money I'd paid for the quicker delivery, the customer service team did not respond. Really poor service. I've paid for a service I didn't receive and would have used another company if they'd been honest about not being able to deliver by the promised date.

i ordered on 11/4 for my wedding was told by customer service could have expedited. was told would have 11/6 with expedited fee, 11/6 came was told no such process 5 business days and then expedited shipping well it on 11/25 and do not have my order, they will not let me speak to a true supervisor and refusing a refund. I am so upset with the unprofessionalism that i have been met with. I am so disappointed this was a gift for my new husband and i feel so horribly bad.

Completely dissatisfied with customer service. The portal indicated a delivery date that did not happen because the portal did not take into consideration weekend time. I paid for expedited shipping. Which did not happen. I missed my deadline by two days. I contacted customer service and they could not change the delivery. Very unprofessional. I had to ask several times for an explanation.

I ordered two metal prints, hanging kits, and paid extra for photo enhancement. I got two flimsy pieces of metal. The colors looked worse than the original photo, so I’m not sure what “enhancements” could’ve been made. I also did not receive the hanging kits. None of this would have been a big deal to me, though, if it weren’t for their terrible customer service. I contacted them in June 2024 right after my package arrived. Now it is November, and I still never got the hanging kits. All I want is to get what I paid for. I’ve gone back and forth in email with them. Usually they respond two times. First, they tell me to send photos, which I do (even though it is hard to show proof of items I never received!). Then, they say they’re looking into it. Finally, I never hear back or get my items. This has happened four times now over the past six months. So disappointing.

Total waste of money incorrect printing alignment and the customer service is rubbish, doesn't want to talk about a refund or replacement of the items.

Terrible!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! There are so many better sites! They never got back to me waited 5 days NOTHING...I emailed...I called...This company is a scam! Go to shutterfly or any other company! They are based in England...shop local...Stay away from this company...Fraud!

I have ordered 2 photo books, that should arrive on the 6th of November. I have contacted with the customer service and I was told of course standard text "apologise..and so one". I paid for the rush delivery as I needed them for Thursday. My order still haven't arrived, and now I don't need it! Even still I don't know when my parcel will be delivered. I'm very disappointed and never again order from them. Of course I was informed that I can only have a part of refund for a delivery cost! Ridiculous! Now I'm expecting that parcel to put it straight away to bin. Wasted money, time and a lot of stress. I don't recommend it.

If I could give this company a 0 star, I would. I received a photo book for my wedding. I included the professional engagement pictures we had done. The preview looked great! However, when the book finally got here, every picture inside the book was blurry. I reached out to their help desk, no response. I tried emailing another address I found on the site, got ghosted. I tried calling their numbers and they are telling me I have to pay to ship it back in order to get a refund or deal with it because the preview was fine. I asked to speak to someone higher up and got hung up on. I have been attempting to get help with this for 5 months now. The worst company I have ever worked with. I hope their products dont ruin anyone else's big moments like they did mine.
