They tried first to blame my photos and then when they offered money off for next order (like I would ever order from them again) and lastly I could pay an additional $28 per photo (already paid $217) they would redo! “This company is awful. I placed an order 18 days ago and they still have not even printed it. They claim 3-4 days to manufacture and 5-7 to ship. I've reached out multiple times and all they offer is a refund of shipping costs. Not once have they offered to rush shipping, let alone offered to print the darn thing. This company is absolute garbage.”
