“Incredibly unhappy with customer service when the product arrived not as expected - when the confirmation email was sent the product didn't display, had made initial enquiry before item was shipped - which was left unanswered. When receiving item - image was not as supplied- so immediately reached out to customer support. Its now been over two weeks of trying through email, lodging tickets and through chat app with no response regarding their own return / refund policy if product is not satisfactory. Although my issue was with the image - the product itself is cheap and you have to apply own hanging - they surely cant retail at their usual advertised prices?”

“I have never had such bad customer service as I have with Printerpix. I had two GROUPONS that did not work (several weeks apart). It took them several days to solve the first one... the second one is still not solved and it has been since December 23 (the first day I created a ticket). I always get an automated response and even though Groupon has contacted them several times, they still have not responded to me.”

First their transfer of pics from my photo app to their software is beyond frustrating. The hours and hours & hours I spent creating books for my grandchildren is time I will never get back and a true test of patience, as well as a labor of love. Sometimes, I could upload 5 pics at a time, sometimes 10 maximum and sometimes over and over again none. The fact that their format only allows 1 pic per page is VERY disappointing. I collect pictures of the grandkids ALL year and to only be able to put 40 pics per book was very disappointing.
Add to that frustration that one of my books has a picture of a young boy with all my chosen pictures of my 10-year old grand daughter on the inside! I have been battling with someone named “Hannah Mae” for a full week. She obviously does not understand English because her responses don’t even come close to addressing the problem. I can never respond to her email response because when I do (even though it clearly states “if there are any other problems please respond to this email”), I get an automated response that “this email does not receive responses”😡😡 So….i open another problem ticket and say basically the same thing again. I even downloaded pics of the cover to the book in my possession, along with the pic that was supposed to be on the cover. How much clearer can I be??? This is so incredibly frustrating.
Take my advice, learn from my mistake, a Groupon purchase is not always the way to go. Especially in dealing with this company. Run away as fast as you can!! It’s been a nightmare and meanwhile, as of January 11th I still haven’t been able to give my grand daughter her Christmas gift🤨🙁”

“They sent me 2 of the same customized blankets in the wrong size instead of the 2 different ones I ordered then said there were no returns. Their website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed for all of their products AND are available for exchange or money back with free returns. The only solution they came up with was for me to repurchase the blankets. What a joke! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Their “customer service” is a terrible! They only communicate thru email. If I could give zero stars I would.”

“I ordered a canvas as a present for my sister. Printer Pix did not stretch the canvas correctly or center the picture. After jumping through several hoops, including sending 5 photos of the canvas, date, order number, I still had no response. My sister hasn't gotten a replacement and I'm out money. I've studied change, but only after contacting them 5-6 times and 2 hours of my time.”
“Hope you do not need to contact them!!!! EVERY time I tried to contact them regarding a duplicate order, It just gives off a generated message no matter what route you try to go down. Click on "speak to person" etc...it takes you right back to same page. Why put it on website?
My husband put in a duplicate order by mistake and I found out after 2 hours of being submitted, so if a human had responded to my daily "ticket", I could have been refunded as the order was exactly same as one placed week before. £40 wasted. Fuming. Will never use this firm again for personalised stuff.”

“ordered a custom calendar from Printer Prix on Friday around 5:30pm and paid extra for 2-day delivery. As of Tuesday the 16th, it still hadn’t arrived.
Customer service has been completely unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility, they repeatedly told me to contact the courier. The courier (Amazon Shipping) then refused to help and told me to contact the seller — so I was left being passed back and forth with no resolution.
Printer Prix seems to forget that the customer’s contract is with them, not the courier. If you charge for an express delivery service, you are responsible for ensuring it happens or issuing a refund. Ignoring customers and shifting blame is unacceptable.
I paid for a service that was never delivered, wasted time chasing both sides, and still had no clear answers. Extremely disappointing experience and very poor customer service.
I would not recommend this company and will not be ordering again.”

This was NOT a shipping carrier issue, it was completely the company’s fault. Their only response was to offer $15 off my next order. I would strongly recommend choosing any other company.”
“Terrible. My package was soggy after being left out in the pouring rain. Only one of the two calendars was inside. Damp and buckled from the rain. Poor quality. No cellophane to protect the calendar. Will never use this company again! Nearly £28 for this!”
