Never received my package. Cant get anyone on the phone for customer service. No live agents as claimed on their website. Its very frustrating and time consuming and you get no where. I dont think I will order from this company again. I am also going to put in a complaint to Groupon. Very disappointed in this company service.

I faced a tough situation when my account got blocked following a withdrawal request. I was concerned about losing my investment. Thankfully, Mrs. Mercy and her team provided excellent support. They kept me informed, worked fast, and helped me recover my money without any issues.

RIP off.. bought 2 photo books and haven't recieved either one by the delivery date. They wont send a tracking number or a currier names. Customer service is a robot that say we apologize for any inconvenience.

First of all they printed my picture with the head cut off and then offered me 50% off to reprint it. When I tried telling them that was unacceptable, they simply said the best they could do was give me 50% off a reprint. I reported them to Groupon and I hope no one else uses them anymore.

The quality for what I paid for metal prints was so subpar. I had professional highest resolution photos and many of the 12 came back looking like the photos were taken at night with no flash. They tried first to blame my photos and then when they offered money off for next order (like I would ever order from them again) and lastly I could pay an additional $28 per photo (already paid $217) they would redo! No thanks. Stay away from this company

This company is awful. I placed an order 18 days ago and they still have not even printed it. They claim 3-4 days to manufacture and 5-7 to ship. I've reached out multiple times and all they offer is a refund of shipping costs. Not once have they offered to rush shipping, let alone offered to print the darn thing. This company is absolute garbage.

The photo quality is very poor. Impossible to contact the company by phone as it states on the website. Also the site claims a full refund, however there is no way to contact customer service. Do not waste your money here

Under no circumstances use this company. I ordered some photos, paid for enhanced colour and the quality was appalling and the colour completely off with a strong blue tinge. I contacted customer services who refused me a refund. After much back and forth they said I could send the photos back but refused to pay for postage even in the event of a refund. The cost would have been about half of what I had already spent on the photos. It’s not so much about the photos but the total lack of acknowledgement of their error and the AWFUL customer journey. Stay away.

I wish I had read Reviews for this company before. I paid $82.00 for a pre-Mother’s Day gift inclusive of a $34.90 Rush & Handling fee. Delivery was declared by Friday, May 9,2025. It is May 15, and now I understand by Reviews that Not only should I NOT look for a refund of the Rush fees but may not get an inferior book at all.

They sent me a tracking number 8 days ago and I have not received my order. I checked the tracking number and it says that the post office is waiting for the package. So Printerpix printed the shipping label and may have put it on the package but they have not given it to the post office yet. I tried using their message center to resolve the issue but they have absolutely no human help, just an AI that looks at key words which makes my inquiry come out of context and cannot be solved! They just keep sending me a tracking number but have not given package to post office. If you like giving your money to a company that will do absolutely nothing to help you out if there is a problem this is a great place to do that.

This has been a horrific experience. None of the claims on website are true. They do NOT produce projects in 1-3 days. I've been waiting 2 weeks and mine has not budged. They do NOT have a way to speak to a real person. It takes days for a response to an email and the response is NOT helpful. The positive rating is a SCAM. Submitting this review on May 1 -- see screenshot, no progress since April 22, and no explanation!

I ordered a print with a mounted background and frame. I provided a photo from my photographer. What I got was a blurred image with a white background crop creating the illusion that it had been mounted. Considering I paid £30 for this small photo I was really disappointed. They sent a replacement which was even worse because the printer had ran out of ink with white smudge lines running across the print. I've been asking for a refund for over three weeks. Their support team are robots and are refusing to give me a refund despite being sent photographic evidence. Do not waste your money this company produces substandard work and has appalling customer service. You can get better quality prints at Tesco. If I could leave no star I would they are extremely painful to deal with.

Esta empresa es un fraude. Hice un pedido por Groupon para comprar 5 calendarios para Reyes y los recibí de aquella manera 3 meses después y teniendo que pagar más dinero. Por muy pequeño que sea el precio no compensa contar con ellos y menos para una fiesta tan especial como es Navidad. NO LOS RECOMIENDO PARA NADA.

I ordered a canvas portrait of my wedding, the original picture was high definition and it looked great on the preview, I received my order about a month after and the portait looked awful, it was blurry and our faces/bodies looked so dark that you couldn’t even tell it was us. I tried their customer service and they don’t have a number or people you can talk to, you can only contact by email. On their website they claim to offer free returns or your money back guaranteed and it’s completely false. I asked them to either send me a new one or to refund me and they wouldn't do either, the only thing they offered me was 50% discount on my next order, as if I ever going to order from them. There goes $150 I spent on a canvas that looks awful

I paid for an order of 25£ (about 80 pictures + first class delivery). They sent me 1, single, picture (embarrassing at least). They haven’t answered any of my emails or refunded the money for the order they never dispatched.

The qulaity of the photos is very poor. The paper feels cheap and the colours are all washed out. Valentines day gift ruined.

If I could give zero stars I would. My package never came. I ordered it a week before Christmas with rush shipping and it’s Feb. 10th. Still no package. They won’t refund me and don’t care. I’ve emailed them multiple times and all they send me is a tracking number. I had to take it up with FedEx and my bank. Don’t buy from them. They obviously don’t care what happens to your product after they get paid.

I paid extra for pre-Christmas delivery and they failed to deliver then didn't respond to requests for the delivery fee to be refunded.
