“I placed an order for 12 custom 16x16 pillows on May 2, 2026 with rush delivery. I was told 1-3 to produce and 1-2 delivery. I sent the image that I needed to be printed on the pillows. I received a picture of what it would look like. I received an order number, but at no time until the package shipped was the dashboard every functioning and there is no human you can talk to until you have filed a complaint and then it is only through email. Needless to say the pillows arrived late and look nothing like the picture I was shown. They are taking no accountability and are refusing to refund me the cost of pillows. They do have any quality control and they do not send any final proofs. You are ordering blindly. With so many other companies that do the same thing and you can see a final proof and talk to a human, I would never recommend using Printerpix for anything.”
“Poor Quality and Customer Service
I can now see how many people have become disappointed when they have received a photo album from Printerpix when it is not of satisfactory quality, not as described, and does not match the digital preview shown during the creation process. I’ve had the same experience.
Despite following Printerpix’s complaints process and providing clear photographic evidence, they refused to acknowledge any of the issues or offer reasonable explanations. After spending many hours creating a 100‑page album, it’s entirely fair to expect a reprint when obvious defects are present.
Because I purchased through a Groupon voucher, I also raised the issue with Groupon. They agreed the problems were genuine and asked what resolution I wanted (a reprint). However, after contacting Printerpix, Groupon later informed me that Printerpix had refused both a reprint and a refund. This was surprising given Groupon’s initial acknowledgement of the quality issues. I would have expected Groupon to work only with partners who uphold the standards associated with their brand.
It’s also worth noting that if you paid by credit card, both companies can claim they’ve “fulfilled their obligations”: Groupon supplied the voucher, and Printerpix delivered the album (since postage is paid separately).
Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing products from either company.”
“I've ordered blankets in the past and they have done a great job but when I ordered this time the blanket I received was not a quality blanket. This blanket had no lining inside very thin the edges had threading around the entire blanket which made the blanket look cheap! I paid $80 for this blanket for my auntie's 80th birthday.. How is this blanket suppose to keep her warm? I reached out to customer service they gave me a song and dance they refused to fixed the problem so I asked for a refund and they would not give me one. Now I'm stuck with a blanket that I do not want, I'm out of $80 and I do not have a gift to present to my auntie for her 80th birthday party. I am so disappointed and disgusted at how I was treated. This company does not care about their customers!!!!!”
“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience honestly deserves it.
I ordered a set of photo magnets and the quality was extremely poor. The images were high-resolution files, yet the final product had: badly cut edges (literally looking like they were cut with scissors),visible and uneven white borders and overall very low print quality.
The product was simply not usable.
The most frustrating part, however, was not just the quality, but how this was handled. I reported the issue immediately back in December, sent multiple emails, opened several support tickets, and provided clear photos showing the defects.
After weeks of back-and-forth, delays, and repeated requests for more evidence (despite already providing it), the final response was that they refuse to offer a refund or replacement because the order is now over three months old — even though the issue was reported from the beginning.
Instead, they offered a 70% discount to reorder, which essentially means paying again for a mistake that was not mine.
This is not acceptable.
Very disappointing experience both in terms of product quality and customer service. I would not recommend this company.”
“Horrible. First they changed the price on the rush shipping *see video* and for a whopping $157.99 I was promised that my delivery date was in February. It didn't arrive until March 3rd. The pages were chopped off and the lettering cut off even though I followed their "in house template" to ensure extra padding for a smooth print job. After all of that, they refused to refund me. The first complaint emails appear to be "generic responses" from a robot. Eventually after weeks and weeks of waiting you may find yourself responding to a human who refuses to take responsibility for their mess.”

Got a voucher from Groupon for 2 books. Ordered one, then they would not let me order the second.
I raised 5 tickets - every single one got an AI bot response not helpful at all until I contacted Groupon. Groupon must have convinced them to get things together, as they offered to fix the situation and finally send me the missing book.
Only they never replied to their offer. Instead, they ignored me again.
I raised 5 tickets over 4 months and I still don't have the second book I paid for with Groupon.
You will see people replying to these reviews and offering to open a new ticket. That's the ticket link I opened every time. Every one of those tickets I opened was through that link and ALL of them were ignored.
These people don't care, and the sad thing is it's a good product - but you just won't get it.
There are so many places like this out there. Pick literally any other one because this one will take your money and if you're lucky give you half of what they owe you. Truly awful STAY AWAY.”

Printerpix UK (.co.uk website) promise that everything is printed in the UK, they claim to have 24/7 customer service and offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee with free returns with 30 days for any reason.
Every one of those is a lie - my book was printed in Germany, they have not replied to any of 6 emails and there is no way of contacting them for the free returns. The product actually looks reasonable, but I ordered this for a funeral and it arrived the day after.”

First their transfer of pics from my photo app to their software is beyond frustrating. The hours and hours & hours I spent creating books for my grandchildren is time I will never get back and a true test of patience, as well as a labor of love. Sometimes, I could upload 5 pics at a time, sometimes 10 maximum and sometimes over and over again none. The fact that their format only allows 1 pic per page is VERY disappointing. I collect pictures of the grandkids ALL year and to only be able to put 40 pics per book was very disappointing.
Add to that frustration that one of my books has a picture of a young boy with all my chosen pictures of my 10-year old grand daughter on the inside! I have been battling with someone named “Hannah Mae” for a full week. She obviously does not understand English because her responses don’t even come close to addressing the problem. I can never respond to her email response because when I do (even though it clearly states “if there are any other problems please respond to this email”), I get an automated response that “this email does not receive responses”😡😡 So….i open another problem ticket and say basically the same thing again. I even downloaded pics of the cover to the book in my possession, along with the pic that was supposed to be on the cover. How much clearer can I be??? This is so incredibly frustrating.
Take my advice, learn from my mistake, a Groupon purchase is not always the way to go. Especially in dealing with this company. Run away as fast as you can!! It’s been a nightmare and meanwhile, as of January 11th I still haven’t been able to give my grand daughter her Christmas gift🤨🙁”
