“We ordered a photo from this company for a celebration of life. We paid extra for their expedited service and shipping - and their website said we would have it in a week. Unfortunately - that was not true. We reached out to their customer service. They were terrible. Canned responses. This company’s customer service is definitely a negative. Product quality is average at best. Would not recommend.”
“BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES
I only gave one star because it was not available to give negative stars.
I placed an order one evening online, there was a glitch. It kept switching to a different item.NOT WHAT I WANTED. When I finally got it to stay on the page, I wanted it to be on. I hit purchase. When I looked at my receipt, it had switched back to the other item that I DID NOT WANT.
The next morning, I called Printerpix and spoke with a gentleman who assured me the issue would be escalated and the order would be canceled, everything would be corrected and he would call me back later that day to confirm. He did not call.
The next day I had called again and spoke with a female, she assured me with the same speech. Again, no courtesy call back as promised.
Once again, I called and this time asked for a supervisor. There was a lot of double talk, talking over me and blame on me for "not doing it right". He insisted that there was no problem with the website that it was me. I find this sort of behavior, especially on the part of a supervisor more than unacceptable.
He informed me that the order was already in production when I had called the first time, and said that I missed my time frame allowed to cancel. I informed him that I had called immediately and waited on hold for no less than 30 minutes, and at that time, the call was disconnected. so this is why I called first thing the next morning. He insisted it was my problem.
Every phone call that I had made to Printerpix was no less than a 30+ minute call on hold waiting to speak to someone.
This experience has been more than exasperating and frustrating. I have wasted my time, money and my clients time.
There is a problem here, it is with Printerpix, their customer service and their website.
I paid to have a rush order because it was important that I have these items ASAP. The supervisor informed me that I needed to wait until it arrived and then call to return it for a refund. Now this is a rush order that should've already been in my hands by now. It is not.
I have used Printerpix numerous times in the past and been completely satisfied with the quality of work and customer service. NOT ANYMORE!!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING PRINTERPIX!!!”
“First off, their customer service for the US is terrible. Chatting online with each exchange taking anywhere between 15 minutes to 25 minutes per exchange. I created a calendar for Christmas and it arrived but with the months out of order. Ex. December, August, June, October, January...you get the point. After sending photos, I'm told that they print exactly how you create the project. Samuel William emails saying that it was my error and they will not replace. Apparently, he has never created a calendar because he would know, the months are put in order once you begin your project. So no replacement and can't get in touch with anyone else. I would strongly suggest using Shutterfly. Never again will I waste my money on Printerpix. They are terrible. Buyer beware!”
“Similar to others I am having difficulty using vouchers. The site opens a project that I am expected to buy.
Like others my emails go unanswered.
I bought many photo books from them in the past without issues but never again.
I hope I get the refund I requested but have low expectations.”
“Still waiting for my photo book! No one answers emails or the phone. Delivery days 5-7 days. It's been over 15 days and still nothing! This so called company is a Scam !!!!!!!!!!”
“Horrible customer service and they refuse to give a refund even though they sent my order to someone else. They also lied and said my order was delayed due to a quality issue, but it was actually because my pics were sent to a stranger in another state. Go to CVS. This company is a scam”
“Paid for rush delivery, as a result package delivery was delayed for 10day. Ruined surprise...
Customer support just ignores the requests to refund money for delivery that they failed.
Dont recommend, unprofessional..”
“I placed my order on Cyber Monday. It would have been a Christmas gift for my wife. I ordered 3 canvas pictures. Paid the extra costs to have thee quality print colors, ready to hang, thicker material and the protective coating. I received my order 2 days, opened the box to take a look and found 3 blank canvases. The website says 24hour customer service but that is false. I have sent 5 emails and have called for two days without any luck. I have had no replies to my emails and every call I have been on hold for 30* minutes before having to hang up.
Do not order from this company!”
“TERRIBLE! My blanket was cheap and blurry. Customer service is terrible!! They lie when you ask for a manager!
LIES! RETURNS ARE NOT FREE! If I wanted a refund, I had to pay for postage and send back! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!”
“I ordered a photo book it was meant to be in Black Friday sale . The quality of the photos were bad colour and dark compared to the original photos. Paper quality awful it was so thin. I left a review on Trust pilot they acknowledged it saying they would put it right. I heard nothing . The book cost £50. It was advertised for £28.00”
“Ordered a picture printed on metal in September 2024 which was damaged in the shipment. The metal picture was thin, flimsy, and could not possibly be hung on a wall. After sending Printerpix pictures of the damage I requested a canvas replacement due to the poor quality of the product. Canvas pictures are cheaper and I did not request a delta refund. Another metal picture was sent in November 2024, which was scratched and again not something that could be hung because of the thin metal. I gave up and ordered a canvas print from another vendor”
“I purchased a voucher through Living Social. The same day, I attempted to redeem, the hyperlink provided was not working. I called printerpix, they indicated they were aware of an issue and to try again in 2 hours. I did but when I tried to redeem, it attached to an album that was not part of the voucher I purchased. To make a long story short, I received the order I had to place. It had 25 blank pages and half the names were not printed on their respective pages. I called printerpix, got the run around and generic responses. The same one 4 times. Be careful when you deal with them. They Don't care and won't do anything to make it right. I'll go back to using other businesses who do care about their customers satisfaction.”
“DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. POTENTIAL SCAM?
I ordered personalised calendars for Xmas presents on 18.11.24.
On 24.11.24 I received notification they had been delivered. I did not receive anything so I checked the tracking. Parcel had been delivered to a sorting office in Birmingham, 90 miles from my home address.
I have contacted customer services on numerous occasions since:
I have received unhelpful automated responses. Been asked to confirm my address and on two occasions been told 'great news - your order is on its way' with the original tracking details showing my parcel sat 90 miles away. I have tried calling customer services but it either does not connect or I am hold for up to 30 minutes before being cut off.
Sadly, I'm not in a position to order more calendars to replace them.
If this is not a scam, it is exceptionally poor customer service. I would not recommend using this company.”
“I would NEVER recommend this company due to their customer service, and they do not honor their 100% satisfied customer guarantee. I ordered a woven blanket and was not at all happy with the quality of the end product. There was a white border around it that wasn't in the image, and the photos just didn't look good. I have other woven blankets, so I know how they can look. Since this is a very special Christmas present to honor my first grandchild, I requested a refund and purchased a blanket from another company. I tried calling, but no one would answer. So, I had to resort to email. I explained the situation and stated I wanted a refund; I would be happy to return the blanket I wasn't trying to get a free blanket. They agreed to refund the money once I provided them with a receipt for shipping the blanket back. So I shipped it back at my own cost and sent the receipt after a couple of days with no response, I followed up to ask about my refund and still got no response. I tracked the package to make sure they received it only to find that they returned it to sender, so it is on its way back to me. I called again and used the "sales" option instead of troubleshooting and someone answered. They said they could see my emails and would review them and respond "via email". I told them I wanted to discuss the issue via the phone but they would not. They assured me they would email me back the same day. Which they did not. I really wish I would have read reviews and looked more into this company before placing an order.”
