“The project creation process was fine. My Groupon code did not work, and the first customer service rep I chatted with was not understanding what I was concerned about after almost 30 minutes of online chat. He finally referred me to a supervisor who handled it in about 2 minutes.”

“Im Dezember habe ich eine Hundedecke bestellt. Leider kam diese nicht pünktlich zu Weihnachten an. Anfang Dezember kam sie endlich ein. Leider war der Schriftzug spiegelverkehrt gedruckt. Der Service war sehr bemüht und mir wurde eine neue Decke zugesichert. Diese kam Anfang Februar an. Leider war auch diese Lieferung falsch, diesmal war es noch nicht mal mein Aufdruck. Somit am Montag 31.01.2022 per E-Mail Kontakt aufgenommen, bis zum Freitag 04.02.2020 noch keine Rückmeldung. Also die Chat-Funktion genutzt. Angelina von Printerpix war sehr freundlich, verständnisvoll und engagiert mir zu helfen. Folgende Lösung haben wir gefunden:
Die Decke wird nun erneut gedruckt und verschickt. Als Entschädigung für meine lange Wartezeit wurde mir erst eine Tasse angeboten, welche ich jedoch nicht benötige. Daher sollen mir die Versandkosten innerhalb von 5-10 Tagen zurückerstattet werden.
Nun heisst es abwarten und Teetrinken mit der Hoffnung, dass die korrekte Decke ankommt und die Rückerstattung zeitnah erfolgt.”
“Dommage qu'après avoir pris un bon pour 3 albums, qu'il faut imprimer 3 albums lorsque l'on en a besoin que de deux et qu'ensuite le 3 ème est perdu car le bon ne tient pas compte de ça et est validé utilisé entièrement.”
