How can i get ahold of Printerpix or better yet get a phone call back or an email, I have been in contact every day since Sunday November 30th I received one email back each time i try to respond i get this back. I have tried chatting, made several tickets I am at wits end

Can a photobook be returned and recreated? When I was creating my book everything looked wonderful. On my end, the lighting on the photos, the layout of my pages were perfect. When I received the book I was quite disappointed. The photos were much darker than what was shown on my computer screen.
I have created books here before with no issues. I would like to return, get a refund or a credit voucher and try again.

Why when you show the jigsaws all done nicely in a box should you recieved it flat packed in a large cardboard envelope NO box and I also had sent for another one for a granddaughter from a different family n as the old photo was on the bit where I down load it wouldn't let me download the photo of my granddaughter just hopeing she doesn't get my grandsons as his other nan is in it which had nothing to do with her.angry at the moment.Anne
Printerpix have been great at sorting out a problem for me - and I like the calendars they produced. However I have to say Kayla was the absolute star in getting it finalised - so 5 stars to Kayla.
My problem is I can't put a review on the review page, for some reason the page will not let me type on it to add my review. I don't want Kayla to miss out on her thanks.
I placed an order and of course can not get ahold of anyone?
