Ordered two metal pics with hanging kits. Received two metal pics and only one hanging kit. Customer service wants a screen shot to get beyond first base. Really a shot of what is not there? Unwilling to look at what I ordered and send along what is missing. Also ordered early December in plenty of time for Xmas and not received until after. Now I am giving one partial gift while hoping to get the missing piece. Aside from this I'd also say the received product is pretty cheap quality for the cost. Live and learn.

These people are deceptive... They promote a discounted "gift card". When you try to redeem the e gift card for a product ... It is not a gift card at all... It is a discount coupon. Trying to reach customer service ?! Good luck for the non existent phone number nor is there a chat!

I ordered six photo albums from Printerpix via Groupon. The process of designing the album went OK, although I was annoyed to be bombarded with OTT spam emails, often several per day. Unfortunately, this enthusiasm did not extend to dealing with a customer problem. Instead of receiving six albums, I was sent two. I used the Printerpix email system to ask for the missing four albums, but my email was not answered. I phoned the helpline. After a 30 minute wait listening to the usual irritating messages and jingles I was connected to a 'customer services' person who couldn't have been less helpful. She advised me to not go through Groupon in future which was a bit rich as her company had set up the Groupon scheme, and the albums would have been very expensive without their discount. She clearly could not find my data. I asked her to look up the email I had sent, but she said she could not find it among hundreds they had received - perhaps she was unable to do simple searches. She undertook to phone me back but never did. I contacted Groupon via their online chat, and their operator noted that one of my two coupons had not been cashed in. With this simple advice, I managed to get three more albums, making five instead of six. Printerpix replied to my email after a delay of two weeks and asked me whether my problem had been resolved. I explained what had happened, thinking to receive an apology, the missing album and maybe a goodwill voucher. A week later, they have not replied. I am describing these sorry events at length because I would not want anyone to go through the same experience. I had spent many hours designing my album and was relying on them for Xmas presents. If the Groupon operative had not spotted the unclaimed voucher, I would have wasted 20-30 hours of my time. I don't know whether other companies are better than Printerpix, but would advise anyone to avoid them. Even if the albums were missing because of my mistake, the company should have been easily able to sort out the problem.

ordered two pictures with hangars back in November 2021 as Christmas gifts-only received one hangar and have been emailing back and forth ever since to get a refund or have them send another hangar-now they are requesting pictures of the gifts I gave away-what a joke

VERY DISSAPPOINTED with the canvas pictures I ordered which, in my opinion, were nothing like the original pictures I submitted, and as it was a mothers day gift, was most annoying. Printerpix did offer to do the pictures again but I would have to pay the extortionate postage again with no guarantee they would be any better. As that was the only option I'll have to write them off as a costly mistake and never use this company again. Beware.

Immediately after I ordered the "top of the line" Sherpa blankets they asked me to leave a review about how happy I was on another website. I decided to wait and inspect the quality. It was effortless to order, took three weeks to get here, and calling the blankets garbage might be too kind. The pictures were blurry and looked to be printed on felt that was sewn to the thinnest piece of Sherpa I have ever seen. I am so disappointed in the quality. Now I have to find another birthday present for my mom. Ugh!

MAI PIÙ!!! dopo due mesi ancora non ho ricevuto il prodotto. Infinite chiamate al call center e tutti mi dicevano che sarei stata richiamata entro 1 ora e poi nulla. Alle mail non risponde nessuno. In chat chiedevano i dati e poi non rispondevano. Dopo 15 giorni ho trovato Angelina che ha fatto il rimborso...sempre che arrivi il rimborso. Ma che fatica....

Really cheap, rip off, low quality, long shipping. On the top of that, My calendars were doubly printed on one side!!! I have never seen that before. I will never use them. Absolutely horrible.

I paid extra money for shipping by Christmas. I did not receive the order still 12/31/2021. Printed calender's back to back on low quality paper. Calender's were not the size I believed I purchased. Program was hard to use. Wrote to customer service twice to try and get the extra money that i paid for shipping by Christmas and all I received back from them was a review on how the customer service was. I gave them bad reviews hopping they would respond and I herd nothing. I ordered the 20 calender's by the cut off time to receive by Christmas and the order was very late. This company broke a long tradition that my family has started.

I thought it was going to be much larger for the price. Paid like $70 and the "blanket" was about 3ftx2ft. The Sherpa material isn't the greatest of quality either its not very soft

I purchased a photo blanket. The site was not easy to use at all. I got the blanket on time but 5 of the pictures had their heads cut off. I was upset I called CS and this man said all I could do is send an email with the pictures attached. This was a Christmas present for my Mom and it was ruined. I’ve sent emails and got confirmation but I have not received anything from them. I don’t understand how they don’t QC the product was shippped. I will never use this company again and definitely won’t recommend them. If they make it right I will update my review.

I ordered on December 13th and was promised delivery by Christmas. It's December 27th and my items haven't shipped, my emails are unanswered, no one answers the phone, and messages on Facebook are ignored.

bought a groupon, ordered a blanket and 9 canvases, only received the blanket, never received the canvases, contacted customer services several times, they deny ever receiving my order when it was the same order as the blanket, then the groupon code was voided, so i lost money and they just ignored me. i give up. Will just have to find another company to do business with.

This company is an absolute disgrace. They won't pick up their telephones despite several attempts, waiting on the line each time for over an hour. We ordered on the 25th November and as it stands, we still haven't received these and it looks like some of our family are going without presents now. They are a bunch of scammers and you should avoid them.

I'd give 0 stars if possible. Product is fine if there are no issues. On 11/6/21, I ordered 250 holiday cards but I only received 125 envelopes. Since 11/26/21 to now 5 days before Christmas, I haven't received my envelopes. I start early for a reason but Printerpix has ruined my holiday spirit with their terrible customer service. The only follow a script for their customer resolution. They lack problem solving and ability to think outside of their box. Clearly, their script should be rewritten. Finally another option was given by Patrick after I insisted and complained. On 12/13 a replacement order was made because that's the only way to expedite getting envelopes but I still haven't received anything. I was told I've receive tracking information and that I'd have it by Dec. 20th. On Dec. 20th, I had to call to get tracking info which they said would take 24 hours to obtain. When I finally received the tracking info, delivery is for Dec. 22 by 9pm. I've spent too much time on hold, sent chats & emails and not received any calls from customer managers to resolve this matter. BEWARE IF YOU ORDER FROM PRINTERPIX. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & RESOLUTION POLICIES. I guess to get holiday cards, I need to order in October. Order from another company. Difficult to speak with management. Provided inaccurate information. Not worth ordering from Printerpix

Update: even worse than before. 2 stars moved down to 1 star. DO NOT USE. 1)Unlike all the other services I used, which shipped within the week (at MOST), here, after ordering on 12/8, shipped on 12/17, with 12/22 delivery. Honestly I’ve never seen anything like this, and I’ve used 5 other services. I just ordered a photo book from Collage.com and it shipped within 3 days. So please don’t blame Covid and Christmas, Printerpix. There are other small businesses who just do a better job than you. 2) When ordering on Groupon, I ordered from here because it was a good deal. The sale price was $4 for 70 cards. I always check shipping prices. Groupon has a link to the shipping prices on Printerpix. It said, $12.99 for 70; 19.99 for 75. So the deal would be $17 total for 70 cards. In past years the deals for Collage.com, Staples, Picaboo, and others have been very similar. So this sale price is not crazy, that’s how it is on Groupon. Which is why I always go to Groupon for my holiday cards. However, the service is VERY different. Printerpix never replied to my query about the shipping price discrepancy. They very clearly advertise one shipping price and charge another, and despite 3 emails to them, NO reply. The phone number they provide? No one answers. You can be on hold for 30 minutes, no reply. Again — other companies, also small business printing companies, they answer within 5 minutes. And they reply to messages almost immediately. I see someone from their company replied to my review on trustpilot, and again did not explain the shipping price discrepancy, in fact the reply from this company suggests that I did something wrong. No. I’m very experienced with ordering on Groupon, the voucher had a link to the Printerpix shipping prices site, which clearly says that shipping for 70 cards is $12.99. If the shipping price was different JUST for using the voucher, then you, Printerpix, need to make that clear. So, all in all, DO NOT USE!!!!! The worst interface I’ve used, VERY long shipping, and misleading at best and fraudulent stuff worst advertising, on top of that VERY bad customer service. Trust me, DO NOT use! Other deals are comparable if not better. Original: I’ve used many different services for holiday cards over the years and unfortunately PrinterPix was the worst so far. The pros: — not a bad selection to choose from (but not a huge selection) — seemingly good deal on Groupon for 70 cards The cons: The biggest problem is this is not a user friendly interface, for example: - Most frustrating was scrolling through choices (scrolling through your photos, or other selections like borders, background colors, etc.) — scrolling on the iPhone 12 was awful, wouldn’t scroll and instead would keep selecting a random photo or selection. Extremely frustrating and hasn’t occurred using all the other services (also on my phone). Maybe better on desktop but creating a projects on the phone highly not recommended. — can’t change orientation (portrait/landscape) of card after selecting the orientation at the beginning of the card project, so you have to go back to the start and select the orientation at the beginning of the project again. There were many more problems while I was making the cards, far more than in past experiences with other services, but these come to mind immediately. Can’t type in “70” in checkout, have to click the plus sign to go up one by one. Again, maybe this is just on the phone, but this is odd and frustrating. Also, most of the preset cards are not very customizable (for example, if a card features 2 photos, can’t delete one to just use one photo, and if it does, the whole look of the card changes). A biggie: very misleading shipping charges. Prior to ordering the 70 pack of holiday cards on Groupon, I checked the shipping prices on printerpix. I couldn’t find the link inside the site, so I googled “printerpix shipping charges” and clicked on the first result. It was a printerpix website that said 70 cards are 12.99 shipping. But when I was checking out, shipping was 19.99. Contacted customer support, will see if they will honor their website. If I knew it was $20 shipping, I would’ve used a different service, as others would’ve been cheaper! I would not use this service again.
