Wasted a lot of time on this website. In short, avoid using them... unless your happy to just pay crazy full price. Even then, can't speak on quality of items. Designed a mug. At the basket, it stated "Design 1 more Colour Photo Mug with Handle & Inner Pink for only £5.98 each". I designed a second mug. The discount wasn't applied at the basket or checkout. I emailed the support team, where I got either an auto reply or copy and paste job talking about discount codes from Groupon? I replied, clearly stated the issue with screenshots. I got a reply 5 days later! Again, useless reply. Gave further detail and restated the issue. They replied today, 3 days later, with the exact same word for word copy and paste reply.
