I ordered a calendar on 12/12/24. When I hadn't received it in over 2 weeks and couldn't get a satisfactory response from the company (they said the existence of a USPS shipping label proves that they'd shipped the item to the USPS, but this is not true. USPS will create a "pre-shipping" label for you.) I contacted the BBB on 12/27/24. I finally received the calendar 1/13/25, and the quality isn't great. Too much trouble for a little calendar.
