I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY ORDER SINCE OCTOBER, they have over charged my PAYPAL ACCOUNT £185.71 for a £26.98 fleece blanket.
Telephone calls to try and resolve this to 0844 567 8228- listen to music for 4 calls - 45 mins/1hr 35mins/1hr 22mins/56 mins. Cost 7p per minute on mobiles.

“One month later still no order. Phoned 3 times and spoke to people only to fob me off with different excuses. Tried phoning today over 2 hours wasted and line kept getting cut off..... Messaged on website and Facebook no reply on either. I expect a full refund. This company has to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Would not recommend and if I could it would get 0 star.”
“Horrendous customer service , wouldn't recommend ordering from this site very disappointed, I ordered two blankets the order was wrong when I received it the customer service Rachel tried to say it was my fault even tho i have evidence to prove it was theirs then was told because there kind they would send correct order but I had to pay again for delivery, so I did just because I wanted them for xmas for my kids but now it is two weeks since my first email to customer service and my correct order has still not been processed absolutely a joke now kids won't have their gift and I feel like banging my head against a wall trying to deal with their customer service its a joke. No clue!!”

“First they messed up my cup and then they wouldn’t do it was needed to have it to me when I was supposed to get it. The answer was pretty much so sad too bad not my problem.”
“We had placed an order for graduation photo book and we were promised that we will have it by the graduation. Nothing so fare. Two weeks in the order. All calls go to offshore and they repeat "we are sorry but trust me". They don't have any US based service so don't expect a refund.
Not sure why Groupon does business with them.

“DO NOT contact them through their customer service telephone number - it’s PREMIUM RATE and they put you on hold to deliberately extend the call! Cost me over £8 to amend a delivery address. There was no warning about the charges 👎🏻”

They are a total rip off, i.e. if you buy offers from Groupon, they then make up any difference with extortianate postage and packing and this may still not be too bad, but they give you the worst delivery speed with no tracking!!
And that's if the item turns up and you have to take there word for it that it's been made and sent!
I ordered a blanket in November, paid for it in real time, including the extortianate P&P and to date have still not received it. I've chased it endlessly, I've used the very expensive call line, sent loads of emails and received a poor reply every so often, i.e. c1 reply a month
This company wants your money and that's it. It has no pride and just doesn't care. All the negative reviews tell you this and I wish I had read them before I ordered and paid for the blanket in good faith.

“Worst printing company I've ever dealt with. Absolute zero customer service. A month after paying for my order and still no progress in even printing, much less shipping. I did get a rep and they recited that all orders are filled within 15 business days, maximum, followed by up to ten days of shipping. I reminded the rep we were past that, and it still hadn't even been printed. His response was that he saw my (unanswered) email request for an update and would "clear out the email request as completed" despite my displeasure at NOT getting any reply OR an answer about my missing product. This company is at best a scam.”
