“I have the same story as the others with shipping. I was told that my order would arrive before Christmas. They have the most unprofessional method of communication. It has vague “tracking” information that my package was passed to currier. RED FLAG! What currier? Where is it? My expectations are low as far as the quality of the order. I should have stuck with the companies that I have dealt with in the past. Lesson learned. I’m grateful that my order was a small extra gift for my son and husband instead of a big gift like some of the other customers. I feel bad for them because they went to the extra effort to do a thoughtful customized gift we’ll in advance and were ripped off.”

i paid rush + skip the line fee for a photobook for christmas said it would be delivered by 18th when i checked out. Been on hold for over an hour now after being hung up as soon as it picked up after 1.5 hours of waiting on hold the service agent sounded like they were beating the phone on the table and hung up. i called again over an hour now still waiting. Photo book never delivered. They took my money on Saturday december 14th with rush + skip the line about $180 extra charge plus the cost of the photo book which i spent 1 week on slowly finding the best pics for my families christmas present. I spent my entire christmas budget for my family gift on this. No response to ticket for 3 business days 73 hours so far. Just an AI generated response that says to check the order tracking which says it's processing still. 5 days processing still with rush and skip this insane cost extra. I'm so sad I will have nothing to give my family for christmas now. I'm not rich this was an extreme cost for me and these people have hurt my families christmas.
The photobook at checkout said delivery by December 18th Today is december 19th still not shipped
update 12/19 got through to customer agent indian call center. They just read the website to me about that the item is still shipping within 24 hours and will have 2 day fedex tracking on it. I asked for them to refund the rush order and skip the line because their own policy shows the skip the line fee will process your order within 2 business days she said "i will try to do that but it should arrive before or on christmas I think" I said I'm confused ups does not deliver here on christmas in fact they aknowledged that our local ups distribution is closed on christmas day and Fedex is the same. Just upsetting. It puts me in a predicaement should i wait or should i call my bank report that they breached the contractual sale agreement and have a local photo company do this for me for a bit more and just put it on my credit card. This company is built to destroy your faith in online printing use shutterfly next time. I should have just paid extra but once they get you in on that website software and you spend sometime you don't want to quick and redo it on another site because you have so much time invested. As of right now 75 hours still not reply to a ticket though Order number 64539735 (because they try to get these removed stating not a real customer)”
“100% a horrible company - for some reason they sent out a draft version of my blanket and saved the correct version (had heads missing on the one that they sent out) the service person Andrew basically said it’s my fault and they will only offer me a discount to buy it again.
Their 24/7 customer service is shocking waiting over half an hour to get someone and then to be told sorry I’m not empowered to help you but you can buy it again, and to be finally told well my supervisor said that’s all I can do.
They will only reply with a generic reply, and have zero interest in actually helping - they will not honour their policy of 100% guarantee money back! Stay will clear of these charlatans!”

I have spent weeks going around in circles with customer services. All they need to do is either re print it. Let me return it for a refund or just refund. I have sent them all the proof they have requested and still haven't got anywhere.”
