I would NEVER recommend this company due to their customer service, and they do not honor their 100% satisfied customer guarantee. I ordered a woven blanket and was not at all happy with the quality of the end product. There was a white border around it that wasn't in the image, and the photos just didn't look good. I have other woven blankets, so I know how they can look. Since this is a very special Christmas present to honor my first grandchild, I requested a refund and purchased a blanket from another company. I tried calling, but no one would answer. So, I had to resort to email. I explained the situation and stated I wanted a refund; I would be happy to return the blanket I wasn't trying to get a free blanket. They agreed to refund the money once I provided them with a receipt for shipping the blanket back. So I shipped it back at my own cost and sent the receipt after a couple of days with no response, I followed up to ask about my refund and still got no response. I tracked the package to make sure they received it only to find that they returned it to sender, so it is on its way back to me. I called again and used the "sales" option instead of troubleshooting and someone answered. They said they could see my emails and would review them and respond "via email". I told them I wanted to discuss the issue via the phone but they would not. They assured me they would email me back the same day. Which they did not. I really wish I would have read reviews and looked more into this company before placing an order.
