“ordered a custom calendar from Printer Prix on Friday around 5:30pm and paid extra for 2-day delivery. As of Tuesday the 16th, it still hadn’t arrived.
Customer service has been completely unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility, they repeatedly told me to contact the courier. The courier (Amazon Shipping) then refused to help and told me to contact the seller — so I was left being passed back and forth with no resolution.
Printer Prix seems to forget that the customer’s contract is with them, not the courier. If you charge for an express delivery service, you are responsible for ensuring it happens or issuing a refund. Ignoring customers and shifting blame is unacceptable.
I paid for a service that was never delivered, wasted time chasing both sides, and still had no clear answers. Extremely disappointing experience and very poor customer service.
I would not recommend this company and will not be ordering again.”

Sent me the same exact book. Upon further complaint she said that's how they received them. Like it was my fault! I sent originals and then she said their printer doesn't center them.WTH!
She offered to reprint by manually centering them for me at 50%. Like I'm going to pay again. 100% would not use them again!!”

I ordered 2 large blankets for children that lost their mom… When Printerpix sent me the confirmation on my order, I realized my order had the wrong shipping address.(after filling in the address twice.) when I saw they had made a mistake. I finally stopped trying waited for the blankets to arrive at my house and then had to re-ship them to the proper address! (having to pay for shipping twice!) Almost a month after they were finished, the USPS were still awaiting their arrival for shipment. Also, the website was more difficult to manage than other book printing sites.”
