“Ordered photo ornaments before Christmas. They shipped from the UK and not the US (I thought I was ordering from the US since the website says "printed in the USA"??) and took weeks to get here. When the ornaments finally arrived (well into January) they were pale and blurry. I contacted customer support who told me they couldn't send me a replacement because what I received was what I had ordered. We have been going back and forth with this nonsense for two weeks now and I give up. Lesson learned - never order photo ornaments from PrinterPix.”
“Absolutely shocking response when I ordered 4xA3 calendars they turned up with images cut in half of my late daughter I told them never in a million years would I have sent my daughters images with the heads cut off I got no sense out of printerpix I then went onto there app which showed my uploaded images all complete and recieved correctly by printerpix on there headed app showing that they had had correct images after being ignored I went to Groupon to complain again the buck was passed back saying don’t contact us your order was with printerpix , I explained you took my money you were the point of sale you’re telling me contact printerpix they were ignoring me both firm are fraudulently taking money and turning out rubbish which was not fit for purpose and couldn’t be given as Christmas presents for my surviving siblings I then approached PayPal who took a long time investigating were you can imagine Groupon told lies and passed the buck and printerpix just kept insisting I had sent in half images which I proved I had not and proved that they had recieved my images in full on there app showing as correctly recieved PayPal because of Groupon and printerpixs responses closed the cases in there favour . I was not standing for this so I rang PayPal after about 40 emails back and forth there comment was go back to the seller and negotiate I tried explaining it’s easier communicating with my green rubbish bin they eventually allowed an appeal after reading all my emails and proving that both Groupon and printerpix were at fault and were lying they refunded a £9.99 voucher to cover printerpixs shipping costs then weeks later they have refunded me £12.49 for the Groupon money that they took , it just goes to show liars and crooks get proved wrong and full marks to PayPal for refunding on behalf of the two unprofessional firm that are taking peoples money and thinking they can get away with it because the refund procedure is flawed printerpix on there terms and conditions say there will be 100% guarantee that if the order turns up wrong they will correct things until everything is correct the amount of reviews on here show they don’t correct or refund they just lie and lie and lie some more never a correction or a refund I’ve only used printerpix twice and both times they’ve mucked up at there end , they should be sued closed down as not fit to trade . Done for fraud and PayPal should not be left to pick up all of there problems PayPal we’re great and that’s why I always use to guarantee I’ve got protection from crooks and scammers should anything go wrong I will always get my money back one way or another PayPal resolved this in full but it’s taken perseverance and approx 40 plus emails ,PayPal has refunded my money but it’s a shame that they are losing money to these two rogue companies”
“I ordered a calendar on 12/12/24. When I hadn't received it in over 2 weeks and couldn't get a satisfactory response from the company (they said the existence of a USPS shipping label proves that they'd shipped the item to the USPS, but this is not true. USPS will create a "pre-shipping" label for you.) I contacted the BBB on 12/27/24. I finally received the calendar 1/13/25, and the quality isn't great. Too much trouble for a little calendar.”
“I put in four different book orders before the 'arrival by Christmas' deadline. Only 1/4 arrived before Christmas and those books had their pages poorly cut, with the print run information showing on the edges. I contacted the company about the problem and provided the requested pictures and then never heard back. The other three orders that I was told would arrive before Christmas didn't show up until after New Year's. Of those orders, two were in fine shape but one had book pages fused together. Again, I reached out to the company and provided the requested pictures of the book that arrived damaged and have not heard back. It's understandable that sometimes issues may come up with an order, but the lack of response to address problems and the total lack of communication when orders would arrive significantly after the promised date are very poor business practices.”
“Ordered a photo album during their Christmas sale. Site claimed it would arrive by Christmas and it still hasn't arrived, even a month after the expected delivery date.
Lack of order traceability/transparency, where it's supposedly at the courier's but only the shipping label has been printed and the courier is still waiting for the item.”
“Avoid PrinterPix at All Costs – A Nightmare Experience
I am incredibly disappointed with the appalling service and product quality from PrinterPix. I placed an order on December 20th, 2024, spending £69.93 for six personalized calendars as heartfelt gifts for my family in Italy. This order was of great sentimental value, and I spent hours uploading photos, adding custom events, and ensuring every detail was perfect.
Delivery Disaster: The calendars arrived late on January 2nd, 2025, completely missing my deadline for gifting them during my trip to Italy.
Horrible Quality: When I finally saw the calendars, they were completely unusable:
Pictures were poorly framed, despite my careful edits.
All the custom events were gone.
The calendars weren’t even in the correct language (Italian).
There was no evidence of the effort I had put into the project. It’s as if PrinterPix ignored my entire design.
Customer Service Failure: I contacted PrinterPix immediately with a detailed complaint. They responded within minutes asking for photos of the calendars and the packaging, which I provided on the same day (January 7th, 2025).
Since then, I have been completely ignored.
I even followed up on January 15th, but PrinterPix still hasn’t responded. Their lack of accountability and customer care is appalling.
It’s clear PrinterPix has no quality assurance process, nor do they care about rectifying their mistakes. A simple review of the design or a confirmation email before printing could have avoided this disaster. Worse, their silence after I sent proof of the issue shows their utter disregard for customer satisfaction.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, do not order from PrinterPix. They’ve wasted my time, ruined my gifts, and left me out of pocket with no resolution.”
“wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Terrible service. Was told on the website guaranteed delivery for Xmas. Was told by email on Xmas eve that it won’t be delivered so I had to rush and find another service. Emailed several times to cancel and refund me before sending the item and no response. 3 weeks later it was dispatched and only today it was delivered and damaged. To this day no responses and contact. Avoid at all costs. Shocking experience and want a refund from this terrible company.”
“Wasted a lot of time on this website.
In short, avoid using them... unless your happy to just pay crazy full price. Even then, can't speak on quality of items.
Designed a mug. At the basket, it stated "Design 1 more Colour Photo Mug with Handle & Inner Pink for only £5.98 each". I designed a second mug. The discount wasn't applied at the basket or checkout.
I emailed the support team, where I got either an auto reply or copy and paste job talking about discount codes from Groupon? I replied, clearly stated the issue with screenshots. I got a reply 5 days later! Again, useless reply. Gave further detail and restated the issue. They replied today, 3 days later, with the exact same word for word copy and paste reply.”
“I ordered Christmas Cards on November 30, 2024 and was told that it would take 3-5 business days to print. After 10 days and no cards came I began to call and ask where they were. I was told numerous times that they were at the end stage getting the final touches and would be sent out within 24-48 hours but they would speak with the manager to get it escalated for a sooner time frame. I would get a call back within 1 hours to let me know that this would happen. This was told to me on 3 different days but nobody ever called me back nor were the Christmas cards sent out. I also emailed them numerous times and received the same message. I finally told them as well as emailed them that I was going elsewhere to have the cards printed and to cancel my order because even if they were to print and overnight the cards there would not be enough time for me to address and mail out these cards so that my family and friends could get them prior to Christmas. I received no response until after Christmas to which I finally received the cards after the new year on January 2, 2025. They refuse to credit me back the exorbitant shipping fee of $26.99 which they charged me on November 30, 2024.”
“I ordered 2 calendars as Christmas presents .. one calendar arrived fine but the other arrived with the heads cut off of 4 of the photos rendering it useless as the gift it was intended to be. I have since sent 11 emails between Hannah Ashley and Joel Ramsbotham who both answered the first email with the same standard response but then just continued to ignore all previous ones. I have also called the customer service line just to be fobbed off and asked to send an email, which surprise surprise, went unanswered. I am now in the process of doing a charge back from my back to recover the wasted money. The calendar wasn’t even expensive, it’s just the whole principle of being ignored. This has to be the worst customer service I have experienced. Use another company and save yourself time and money.”
“I ordered 1 print 15 December 2024, It said it would be delivered within 3 days around Christmas. It is now 10 January 2025, it doesn't even have a tracking, its still not printed. On the 19th December I was told it was getting some "Our team are busy putting a touch of magic on your personalized order." Then nothing. Saying give them 96 hours. Its been 22 days past the delay. Christmas ruined. Giving a heads up would have been nice. I've contacted twice and gotten the same reply "touches of magic" Tell me the truth, I want some updates so I can prepare to save Christmas for my Mom... Now that hope is lost, without warning. Full price for a mess.”
“40 days from ordering with RUSH fee paid, still no idea where my order is. Customer service is abysmal. I cannot get resolution in any form, email, chat, phone, or the so called customer service agent Joey that replies on Trustpilot. At least 15/40 calendars I did receive were defective. (Still waiting on the final 10 ordered). I am unable to fulfill orders placed for a small animal rescue fundraiser or even give people an estimate of when they might get their orders. This has greatly impacted our fundraising during the only time we have to sell calendars, as now it is January and the window of opportunity is gone. We are now 35 calendars less sold than past years because I do not have them in hand. Plus more that are ordered that I cannot fill. That was a lot of money that would have helped with our extensive vet bills. I have personally put so much time and effort into trying to communicate with this company, at the expense of my own sleep and health, and time spent with my family at the holidays because I am trying to deal with Printerpix. HOURS spent waiting on the phone, on chat, composing emails...
I am furious with this company, their lack of regard for customers, the poor quality of product, no restitution or offer to reprint the defective calendars despite being reassured by a chat agent over a month ago that it is 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Time to involve the BBB and see if I can get any help that way. I'm not confident, as Printerpix has 140 complaints and counting...”
“If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered a pack of 10 calendars as a family gift. I am a professional photographer and well versed in photo sites and making gifts. Site froze several times and I would have to log out and then log back in to make it work adding hours of extra work on a large project (30 family members). When we received the calendar several family members were missing and one calendar was incorrectly assembled. My file was correct when I checked to make sure it wasn't my mistake. After logging in again, my file merged with another one I was working one (which they shipped to the wrong address, not to mention the hours I fought their website when it refused to let me order just one calendar - I got around that after 3 days of waiting for customer service by buying a voucher and going through a secondary site). I've now been waiting over a week for the amazing customer service they tote to even respond. RUN away from this company. This is the worst photo site I have ever worked with and their customer service is a lie at best. It's not worth your time or frustration. Even if they replace my calendars I will be out time and money to try to ship all over the US since my family is no longer in town. I can not emphasize how bad they are!”
“I placed an order Nov 16, 2024 using a Groupon for ten 11x16 calendars. The order form had number of packs and I put one. Then it asked for the number of items. I may have errored here but I also put one because I wanted one pack of ten (not 10 packs). I was billed $39.99 for shipping. They had to rerun due to a quality issue, which I appreciated and it finally arrived at my home Dec 21 but only one calendar. I am pleased with the one I received. In checking the website the charge for shipping one calendar was $13.99. I sent the email request for resolution and was told I ordered one and that was what I got. I replied $60 for one calendar was ridiculous and I would like to receive my other nine gifts. I have heard nothing further. I have used Printerpix several times, but this is my last.”

“Company is a scam! You will not receive product. I sent them photos of my CHILDREN expecting a custom calendar as a gift for my husband and never received anything, no response from customer service. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company.”
“I'm the anon who posted a few days ago that ordered 2 posters on the 12th. They finally got back to me but all they did was lie to me that they got most of their orders done by christmas and somehow I'm the exception. She then sent me a picture to confirm that the details were right but even after the confirmation nothing has changed. The order status is still the same. I would assume this operation is being run by some guy in his basement but even that would have been quicker at this point.”
