Today, having had trouble placing my order when my payment was declined, I sought assistance through the live chat. Angelina promptly replied and was very apologetic, attempting to help by sending a payment link. She was very patient and kept in contact with me while I tried to complete the order. Unfortunately this too failed but Angelina then explained that she would have to send a manual link to pay via email. Having recently had a similar problem with a previous order I am hopeful that this will be successful. I have been really pleased with the quality of my previous purchases and how helpful the staff have been when answering my queries. I'm just hopeful that they can rectify this ongoing problem with their website soon.”
