“I ordered a custom image collage book through printerpix on December 19th. I was initially pitched about $50: with upgrades, it was closer to $150. I ordered two of them, and added rush shipping (over $250 extra dollars), which they noted would get it here by December 23rd. It is now December 30th, and according to their tracking, it has not even shipped yet.
All told, I'm out roughly $600 on a few booklets that have still not shipped over a week after the latest predicted arrival date.
That said, their customer service makes their products look much better by comparison. Requests for help through their customer service form are answered via an automated email that contains no useful information. Calling in yielded a representative after a 40 minute hold time, but they also provided no useful information (and frankly, they seemed harangued and overworked, like they spend all day trying to cover up for issues like this).
The short of it is that if you want to be charged 20x what they originally quote you, for a product that's never delivered, you've come to the right spot. Otherwise, you may want to stay away.”
“My order has not arrived. I ordered it on December 13 and was told should be here before Christmas. Well it's almost January 2025 and still no print. On the Fedex tracking it says it's still in Florida. The F!!”
“Appalling service. I ordered 80 prints. 1 print arrived. I was told that the full order would be printed and arrive in 48 hours in time for Christmas. 1 week later it still hasn’t arrived. I have spent hours on hold on the phone, and sent many emails. They have taken my money and are now ignoring me. Please avoid this awful company.”
“I ordered calendars in November and they still haven't arrived. Their communication with updates is horrendous and seriously lacking. When I called two weeks ago, the woman was flippant and couldn't care less. I guess if you want to use them for Christmas gifts, order in September or October.”
“I ordered 2 posters on the 12th to give to someone as a christmas gift. As of now, even on the 27th, the update status hasn't changed from "we are working on your order". I sent a ticket in to ask if something went wrong on my end and I still have yet to receive a reply. My warning to you, use any other company. This one is a waste of time.”
“I placed a calender order on the 9th with an estimated delivery of the 16th....finally got the order on the 26th. It was not the post offices fault because I saw when they updated the order had shipped. The product is not at all what I expected. The print quality it ok but the paper is flimsy and I didn't realize the calender would be printed the way they did it. That's what I get for trying to save a couple bucks and not ordering from the usual place.”
“The black Friday code i got messed up and they refused to fix and one of the pics i received had like a white line on it like they sublimated over a hair”
“God awful experience. Place is a scam. Ordered and paid for expedited shipping to get the order well before Christmas as promised. They do not live up to their word. We’ll see if my package ever even arrives. The ups tracking number keeps getting pushed back each day for the delivery date. Will never purchase from this place again.”
“Customer service is non existent and sends you into an email chain that will end with no satisfaction. I made the fatal mistake of purchasing one of their Groupons. I would call it borderline bait and switch. If you plan on ordering Holiday cards, make sure to place your order in September if you want them in time. Terrible experience. Buyer beware.”
“I have the same story as the others with shipping. I was told that my order would arrive before Christmas. They have the most unprofessional method of communication. It has vague “tracking” information that my package was passed to currier. RED FLAG! What currier? Where is it? My expectations are low as far as the quality of the order. I should have stuck with the companies that I have dealt with in the past. Lesson learned. I’m grateful that my order was a small extra gift for my son and husband instead of a big gift like some of the other customers. I feel bad for them because they went to the extra effort to do a thoughtful customized gift we’ll in advance and were ripped off.”
“I ordered weeks in advance with express shipping. Received a email two days before Christmas saying it won’t be delivered. You advertise and promise shipping times, but clearly lie! Horrible experience! I want my money back!!! SCAMMERS ruin my Christmas gift to my husband.”
“These guys are a scam. Ordered metal prints - received 0.015 metal foil with creases and scratches, bad color and completely reflective. Totally worthless! Customer service did not bother to respond. $200 down the drain. Printerpix are thieves.”
“Hello -
This is now the 5th time I’ve tried to contact you guys!!!!
I ordered weeks in advance with express shipping, but the tracking information now says it will get delivered after Christmas. You advertise and promise shipping times, but clearly lie! Horrible experience! I want my money back!!!”
“Not only did they print my image WRONG, but they did it TWICE: Portrait, NOT landscape. Hard to contact, difficult to deal with. RUINED my Christmas gift idea!!”
“I write for a newspaper. I was going to give a photo on metal to customers that gave info I could use. When sent a photo in July, Printerpix developed it poorly. They agreed to redo it. Again and again, they agreed. Finally, I asked for my money back. I'm looking for a Christmas present of my $20 back. Do not use them. Customer service in England is a joke.”
“bad experiencce, received the project damaged and contact customer service they told me to do the project again leave it in the cart and they will take care of it and after that they won't answer the emails and the project still in the cart. Very dissapointed!”
