I made a mistake with my order, spent 5 hours trying to contact them (phone service doesn’t work, emails get ignored and live chat disconnects before it gets to your turn) eventually got the live chat to work and spent an HOUR just for them to cancel my order since they said they couldn’t correct my order for me. You get charged to cancel an order. When i thought i was free from this company, i get an email saying my order has been dispatched. “Steve Mark” didn’t cancel my order at all. SCAM COMPANY
