I ordered on 12/8. When I emailed on 12/22 to find out where my order was, I got auto-generated emails that referred me to FAQ and asked for my order number - which was in the subject line.
The phone is always busy. The autochat robot does not respond.
I wish I had read these reviews before I had placed my order.
Next step is to contact Groupon and complain.
Wish this could be zero stars.
