Patrick Jane was by far the best member of your customer service team. His service and understanding was second to none. The reason for my 4 star rating is because of him and him alone. The reason you do not have a 5 star rating is because of the appalling service from 2 other customer service advisors and the fact that you have not fulfilled your promise when I placed my order. If I could rate Patrick alone his rating would be a perfect 5 star. This is the type of person you need to look after in your company he is worth investing in. I am still waiting for the delivery....
