Over all im very disappointed with the printerpix service. The original print quality was poor and very dark. I emailed several times to try and sort the issue with no response and my mobile network was unable to connect me to their number. After two weeks I finally had a live chat with Mathew who was very helpful and prompt and has hopefully sorted a replacement. He did what I wanted doing in the first place.
