I have used Printerpix for the last 3 years, and have a fair experience. When my first photobook fell apart, they let me have a new one free, but not the same book as they only kept the original for 3 months then. It's a shame they cannot keep store it longer, its only a month now! This time, I have had problems with using two external voucher codes on the same order. After four attempts to get through on the busy phonelines, Vincenzo has finally sorted this problem out. He was nothing but apologetic, professional and helpful. Not much help from the other person I was dealing with. Just waiting excitedly for the delivery now...
