I was not satisfied with the result of my album. In my opinion it was too dark. After a chat with Matthew it was sorted out in a short time. The way he understood my problem and the action that was taken, was for me a sign that I as a customer, was taken seriously. No waiting to see if his action, leads to a better album. Thanks, Matthew
