I had a issue with a photobook that I had ordered that was not dealt with very promptly via email. However, upon using the chat function on the website, Kayla restored my faith in Printer prix and promptly restored my faith in Printerpix. She went above and beyond what I asked for. Very impressed. The company needs to ensure such good customer service via it's email system now. Thanks again Kayla!
