My photo book arrived swiftly but the last of 100 pages was very slightly miscut clipping the bottom of the text on the very last page. I chatted online with Kayla who very swiftly assessed the situation, I sent a photo to demonstrate the problem, then Kayla spoke to the production team whilst I waited online for a few short minutes and then all reordered free of charge with the production team paying close attention to the final page and making a change to the text layout if needed.
