My photo book was damaged in transit which was obviously very disappointing. I emailed Printerpix with photos & was immediately contacted by Kayla, Customer Services. She was so helpful & arranged another photo book to be delivered straight away. I received this within the week & this time it was perfect! Thank you so much Kayla for all your assistance & for keeping me updated throughout. My granddaughter is going to love her book!
