I had such a bad time this last few days trying to redeem my vouchers. My computer was not downloading photos correctly I was completely frustrated and was about to give up. I tried you on line chat to resolve my issues but thought that it would prove futile. I was lucky enough to get "Angelina" as my customer support person. She was knowledgeable, efficient, patient and resolved EVERYTHING for me. Changed my mind completely about using Printer-pix in the future. What an asset to your company! Made my day!! Karen Tatter
